This page covers two different things, and it is worth keeping them apart: this website, and the AtithiVani product.

This website

atithivani.com is a small static website. It sets no cookies, and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. It has no login and no form.

The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, part of Google Cloud. Like any web host, it keeps standard server logs — including your IP address, the page requested and your browser type — to run the service and protect it from abuse. We do not use those logs to profile you.

Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads, as it would for any site using them. Nothing else on the page contacts a third party until you choose to click a WhatsApp, email or Instagram link.

If you email us at office@atithivani.com, or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence so we can reply to it. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share it.

The AtithiVani product

Where AtithiVani runs at a property, guest records are stored on Google Cloud in its Mumbai region, inside India, and are locked so that only the AtithiVani service can read them. Chat history is kept on Google Cloud in the US. The AI that talks to guests — in chat and on the phone — runs on Google's servers, some of which are outside India, so what a guest says is processed there. Every call carries a recording notice before it begins, a guest can ask to stop at any point, and every approval and decline made at the property is logged.

A property using AtithiVani is the controller of its own guest data; SARGVISION processes it on that property's instructions. If you were called by AtithiVani and want to know what was recorded, ask the property you stayed at, or write to us at office@atithivani.com and we will route it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask for access to your personal data, its correction, or its erasure. Write to office@atithivani.com. We answer within thirty days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
