The voice of every guest.
A concierge for your guests.
One console for you.
AtithiVani is a guest assistant for hotels in Darjeeling, Sikkim, Kalimpong and the Dooars. It answers your guests in their own language — permits, the road, airport pickup, the front desk — through their stay and after they leave. You get every request in one queue, and a call after checkout to each guest who agrees.
English · Hindi · Bengali · Nepali in chat
The guest journey
It is not a feedback form at the end. It is with the guest from the moment they arrive, and it is still there after they have gone.
Their own link
Each guest gets their own link. It opens in their phone’s browser — nothing to install, no password.
The whole stay
Airport pickup, roads and weather, permits, rooms, what to do each day, the front desk — in the guest’s own language.
After checkout
A phone call to each guest who agreed, and the things they would not have written down.
The screens
What your guest sees on their phone, and what you see at the desk. These are the real screens, not drawings.
One request, end to end

The desk decides. She is told the answer, not left waiting.
Every screen

The property, guests and road closure shown are examples. The weather and drive times were live when the screens were captured.
Try it
Open the guest app now — the same one your guests use. Without a stay link it opens as a visitor, so you can ask it about roads, permits and what is nearby. For the full version, signed in to a sample stay, scan this and we’ll send you a link on WhatsApp.

What it does
Permits, the road, the weather, airport pickup, the front desk and the call afterwards — the whole stay, in the guest’s own language.
One assistant, whether the guest types on the web, talks into their browser, or picks up the phone after checkout. Bengali, Hindi and English on all three; Nepali in chat.
My room has no hot water.আমার ঘরে গরম জল আসছে না।
What should I pack for three days?তিন দিনের জন্য কী কী নিতে হবে?
How was your stay?আপনার থাকা কেমন হল?
General guidance on what Tsomgo, Nathu La and North Sikkim need, from a rulebook we maintain by hand. The desk or a registered operator confirms.
Forecasts, drive times, elevation and air quality come live from Google. Road closures come from what your staff and drivers report.
If a price, a grade or a permit rule is not in front of it, the assistant tells the guest it will confirm. We test it with automatic checks for made-up facts, safety and language.
What you can count on
Every guest request, and every complaint that needs a decision, on one screen.
One screen for the deskComps, refunds and vendor payments are suggested, never made. Someone at the property says yes first.
Nothing is spent without youWhen a call picks up something that went wrong, it reaches your queue with a suggested fix, soon after the call.
Problems come straight to youAfter the first visit, the guest app opens without a connection, so nobody above Lava stares at a blank screen. Answers need a connection.
Opens offline after the first visitEverything on this page runs in the product today, on sample properties. Where it depends on your staff or a partner, we say so.
The post-stay call
A form only hears from guests who choose to fill it in. A call reaches the ones who never would, including the one whose heater failed — and it can ask the second question a form cannot.
Illustrative conversation, shown in English. The call itself ran in Bengali — the guest’s own words are under each line.
How AtithiVani opens a call
Namaste, Ananya ji. This is AtithiVani, an AI assistant calling on behalf of your hotel — just to hear how your stay was. There is nothing to sell, and this call may be recorded for quality. Is now a good moment?
A scripted sample of how AtithiVani opens a call — not a recording of a guest. A real call starts with a short recording notice first.
After the call
When the road closes
NH10 is the only way in for most of this belt. When your staff or drivers report it closed, AtithiVani stops giving drive times as if nothing happened: every guest who asks is told first that it is reported closed, with the note your staff left.
What happens, step by step
A closure is not one question — it is a dozen guests asking the same thing before they leave. Every one of them gets the same answer, from the same report.
A straight answer that the road is reported closed, with your staff’s note — instead of a normal drive time and a surprise on the road.
Data and consent
What is stored, where, and who decides — the same facts as our privacy notice.
Questions
The ones that come up first, whether it is one small hotel or a chain.
AtithiVani is a guest assistant for hotels in Darjeeling, Sikkim, Kalimpong and the Dooars. Guests use it on their phone in Bengali, Hindi or English, and can also chat in Nepali. After checkout, it phones each guest who agreed, on the property’s behalf, to ask how the stay went. It is made by SARGVISION Intelligence Pvt. Ltd.
One word: Atithi (guest) and Vani (voice) — the guest’s voice. Say it a-ti-thi-vaa-nee, with the h only in “thi”. In Bengali it is অতিথিবাণী (অতিথি, guest + বাণী, voice) and, since Bengali has no v sound, it is said Otithi-bani. In Hindi and Nepali it is अतिथिवाणी (अतिथि + वाणी). People also write it Atithi Vani, AtithiVaani or Athithi Vani, and in Bengal, Atithi Bani or Otithi Bani — it is the same name.
Hotels in Darjeeling, Kalimpong, the Dooars and Siliguri in West Bengal, and across Sikkim. Its road, weather and permit help is built for this belt, NH10 included.
Hotels and resorts in Darjeeling, Kalimpong, the Dooars, Siliguri and Sikkim, from a single hotel to a group with several properties. Each property gets its own dashboard. The property subscribes, and its guests use AtithiVani on their own phones.
No. Each guest gets their own link, and AtithiVani opens in their phone’s browser — no password. After the first visit it opens even with no signal; answers need a connection.
By typing or talking to it in their phone’s browser, during the stay. After checkout, guests who agreed get a phone call. There is nothing to install.
Bengali, Hindi and English, in chat, in voice in the browser and on the phone. Guests can also chat in Nepali. It speaks naturally rather than reading from a script.
An AI. AtithiVani conducts every call, in the guest’s language. Comps, refunds and vendor payments it only suggests; the manager approves.
After checkout, and only if the guest agreed. Every call opens with a recording notice, the guest can ask to stop at any point, and every approval and decline is logged.
No. If a guest does not pick up, AtithiVani does not call again on its own.
A form only hears from guests who choose to fill it in. A call reaches the ones who never would — including the one whose heater failed — and it can ask the follow-up a form cannot.
Guest records are stored on Google Cloud in Mumbai. Chat history is kept on Google Cloud in the US, and the AI that talks to guests runs on Google’s servers, some of them outside India. Every call carries a recording notice, a guest can ask to stop at any point, and every approval and decline is logged.
Partly. It gives guests general guidance on what Tsomgo, Nathu La and North Sikkim need, from a rulebook we maintain by hand; the desk or a registered operator confirms. The permits themselves are issued through registered operators.
When your staff, or two of your drivers, report NH10 closed, every road answer AtithiVani gives changes at once: a guest who asks is told first that it is reported closed, with the note your staff left, instead of a normal drive time. Re-booking transport and permits is still your team’s job.
If a price, a grade or a permit rule is not in front of it, it tells the guest it will confirm rather than guess. We test it with automatic checks for made-up facts, safety and language.
One subscription covers all of it. AtithiVani is launching now, and properties joining this season get the launch offer and the festive-season discount together. Ask us for this season’s rate.
Not today. AtithiVani does not yet connect to a property management system, channel manager or booking engine. When a property starts, we set up its rooms, its front-desk number and its guests’ links with you.
Your WhatsApp number stays as it is: AtithiVani doesn’t connect to it or reply on it. Alongside it, AtithiVani answers guests in Bengali, Hindi or English in their phone’s browser, by text or voice, without anyone at the desk typing. Every request made through it lands in one queue. It gives general permit guidance from a rulebook we maintain by hand, and calls guests who agreed after checkout. Comps and refunds still wait for you.

No. “Atithi” means guest, so many hospitality names use it. AtithiVani is made by SARGVISION Intelligence. It is not the Sikkim government’s Atithi GIS (atithigis.sikkim.gov.in), and it does not file guest registrations or the Tourism Sustainable Development Fee there for you. It is not CBIC’s ATITHI customs app, and it is not part of any other hotel, app or service that uses the word.
